Sheetal Sapra

Dr. Sheetal Sapra is a highly respected Canadian dermatologist and co-founder of ICLS Dermatology & Plastic Surgery, one of the largest and most advanced aesthetic and dermatology clinics in Canada. Established in 1995 alongside plastic surgeon Dr. Julie Khanna, the clinic began with just three employees and has grown into a nationally recognized centre for medical, cosmetic, laser dermatology, and clinical research. With more than 35 years of experience, Dr. Sapra is known for combining innovation, evidence-based medicine, and personalized patient care.

Specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Sapra has extensive expertise in treating hair loss, pigmentation disorders, acne, acne scarring, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and skin rejuvenation. He is particularly recognized for his advanced knowledge of laser technologies and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, offering patients access to one of the most comprehensive collections of medical-grade lasers and aesthetic devices in the country. Dr. Sapra completed his medical training at the University of British Columbia and pursued dermatology training at the University of Ottawa and Dalhousie University. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. In addition to his clinical practice, he remains deeply involved in education and research, serving as a Principal Investigator in numerous medical and cosmetic dermatology clinical trials and contributing to the advancement of new therapies, technologies, and treatment protocols.

A passionate educator and industry leader, Dr. Sapra co-founded the renowned "Cosmetic Update: Meeting of the Minds in Aesthetic Medicine," an influential educational forum for aesthetic physicians across Canada that was later acquired due to its success and impact within the industry.
